STATUTORY RIGHTS         Rights made by parliament or made by the laws passd or a table passed by the parliament.                    FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS      These rights are named so because without these right an individual can not grow to it's full potential or we simply can say for the growth of an individual some rights rights are fundamental in nature,some rights are indispensable.
